Membership in this Corporation and acceptance and admission to the school operated by the Corporation and to the programs sponsored by the Corporation shall be made without regard to the race, color, national or ethnic, or sex of the member or student, and the Corporation and any school operated thereby will not discriminate according to these criteria in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies or any other policies. We do, however, reserve the right to deny admission to any individual who cannot benefit from enrollment based on past academic achievement, disqualifying disability, or whose personal lifestyle is not in agreement with the stated philosophy and purpose of DeMotte Christian Schools.
