DeMotte Christian Schools provide a biblically-based education from a Reformed perspective and are dedicated to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and service to God and others.
Students go out from our schools equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to positively contribute to our society and God’s kingdom.
Children develop spiritual maturity and a personal relationship with Christ as they study God’s Word and learn to apply their faith in everyday life.
Service to God and Others:
Students practice service to God and others beginning in preschool and continuing through 12th grade as we follow God’s call to be a light to the world.
DeMotte Christian Schools is made up of a society of people who believe that God our Father is the Creator of our world. We believe God sent his Son, Jesus, to die for our sins. We believe that on the third day Jesus rose again to conquer death and will come again to create a new heaven and a new earth. We believe in the Holy Spirit, given to us by God as our intercessor. We believe that God’s Word is the way, the truth, and the life. We believe God has called us to teach our children according to the truth He has given us in His Word.
We believe that every person is created in the image of God and is saved by God’s grace alone. We believe that we should live in service to God and to others as an outpouring of thankfulness for God’s amazing grace.
We opened our doors in the fall of 1947 and have spent the last 70+ years focused on educating children in a way that puts God’s Word at the center. We are looking forward to many more years of Christ-centered education with the support of our families, churches, and community. Learn more about our roots here!
